spacious yet noisy stay
The hotel features a unique design that creates an airy atmosphere. The open layout allows for a pleasant sense of space.
The noise level in the inner plaza was higher than expected.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was professional. Breakfast was the best! Didn't get a chance to do the 5pm drinks but when I got back I ran into some happy patrons! It was close by bars, restaurants and an atm. Had towels, iron, ironing board and coffee( I don't drink but it was there). Central like air unit not a portable unit. Decor was fashionable.
Paying extra for wifi or Internet. That amount of money should be complimentary. Cable was very very limited, about 5 channels I think no more than 15 I'm quite positive. Worst part of it all wasn't hotel but booking. I booked for 129, ended up paying 160 I think. Saw 134 plus 60 plus 20 on my card. Though I did ask for extra towels on arrival and I checked in at 12 instead of three. What's the deal with the three thing. Back in the day you check in at 12 check out at 12. Just shows you the society we live in doesn't care much about the consumers but the money. If you gone skimp on the hours then at least make up for it! In this case Internet should be free! All in all stay was nice. Thanks!

It was just a fine choice for a short visit in Baton Rouge with fantastic value for money. The breakfast was good, though the area felt a bit dark on cloudy days. Just be aware of the bathroom design. It can be a little tricky with the toilet tank cover.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of this hotel. The free breakfast was incredible good. Also the free alcohol. I will never stay anywhere else again. The only problem I have had is when I book my room through book it they told me one price and more money was charge .. #lost

Customer service was horrible. Hotel staff didn't stop children from riding on luggage carts or from hitting in windows. Hotel has went down after change in owners and management.

We visited the Jazz Fest and a local wedding. The super nice team and the breakfast was fantastic. The happy hour added to our fun-filled days. Highly recommend for a group getaway!
The room had a rusty lamp that didn't work and there were some stains on the carpet. It was a bit disappointing for an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The pool, and the pool hours.
We were amazed to see all the construction going on. The rates should have been much much lower given the inconvenience, unsightliness, extra noise & dust caused by the construction.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with favourable location to the water park and accommodating staff with many other staff members. Location just next door to bars as well as Baton Rouge. Well-maintained pool, parking in front of the venue. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Honestly nothing too much trouble.
